I'm David Bernstein. I've worked in SEO for more than 20 years, including as Lead SEO Analyst at Bruce Clay Inc., and I've run my own consultancy since 2005. Questions owners ask
Why doesn't ChatGPT mention my business?
AI assistants recommend businesses they can find clear, consistent information about. If your name, services, or details differ across your website, Google profile, and directory listings, or if there is little written about you, the assistant is less sure about you and names a competitor instead. The free check shows where that is happening.
Is the map and AI stuff really connected?
Largely, yes. Both lean on the same signals: your Google Business Profile, your reviews, consistent listings, and a website that clearly says what you do and where. Fixing those helps both.
Can you guarantee I'll show up in ChatGPT or the top 3 on the map?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Nobody controls those results. We fix the causes we can verify, then measure presence again at 90 days using the same checks as the first time.
How long until I see results?
Fixes are done when we hand off. Early signs, like more profile views and calls, often show within about 30 days. Meaningful movement on the map and in AI answers usually takes 3 to 6 months.
Do I have to get on calls?
No. Every step works by email. If you would rather talk something through, just ask and we will set up a call.

Is this a monthly contract?
